With her back displayed to him, he used his tongue to trace along the intricate design that crisscrossed over her spine from her shoulder blade to just above her delectable ass. He pushed the dress open wider, so he could continue his exploration of her soft, heavily decorated skin. Liam didn’t stop to make out what the designs were, although he noticed dragons and flowers and various letters, he was too preoccupied to really wonder what her tattoos were and what they meant.
Standing up, he ground his crotch against her ass, moaning when she pushed back against him.
“Can you feel what you do to me, Finley? I’m so fucking hard for you.”
“Then do something about it,” she said as she looked over her shoulder at him, a sexy smile on her face.
He turned her back around so her back was against the door, then pushed the straps of her dress over her shoulders. The dress slid down her arms slowly, unveiling the prize underneath. Her tits were perfect; full with barbell piercings through each nipple. He slid his hands up her torso until they were each full of one of her delectable breasts. Liam’s mouth nearly watered at the thought of sucking on one her hard nipples.
While he palmed one of her breasts, he dipped his head so he could run his tongue along the length of the barbell in the other. She whimpered as she arched her back, her chest pressing against his hand and mouth. He licked along the piercing a few more times, before pulling her pebbled nipple into his mouth. Liam took time laving attention on one breast, then moved over to the other so he could show it the same attention. All while Finley squirmed against him, soft sounds of appreciation mixed with growls of frustration falling from her lips.
“Somebody sounds a little impatient,” he laughed before once again filling his mouth with her delicious breast. He could spend hours worshipping her and hoped he’d get the chance to. But he was also getting impatient, needing badly to sink into her, but first he needed to finish removing her dress so he could drop to his knees and feast on the most intimate part of her.
With one last nip at the pierced flesh of her breast, he raised his head until his eyes met hers. She’d been watching him, which for some reason turned him on even more. She was enjoying the hell out of what he was doing to her, all while watching his every move. With their eyes locked, he dropped to his knees in front of her, his hands lowering to her waist where her dress had stopped on her hips. He placed a kiss underneath her belly button before pushing the blue material, and the tiny scrap of underwear she had under it, down until they could slide the rest of the way down her legs. The material pooled at her feet, part of it resting on top of his knees, but he barely noticed. All he could see was the swollen, pink flesh in front of him topped with yet another hidden piercing above her clit.
Liam pressed against Finley’s legs until she spread them wider. Once she was where he wanted her, he ran his tongue along her folds from top to bottom, then back up again, until he could suck one end of her piercing into his mouth. She moaned loudly, her hips rocking against him. Using one hand to press her body back against the door, he moved the other one between her legs so he could run a finger along her silky flesh.
Finley tried to buck her hips again, but failed against Liam’s strong grip. He slid a finger into her wet heat and groaned. She felt better than he’d imagined and that was just on his finger. He slid another inside, moving them just enough to drive her wild, while his tongue played with her clit and her piercing. She moved against him as much as she could, which by the sounds she was making, Liam could tell was not enough.
“I need more Liam. Harder…please…” she begged.
He smiled against her, then picked up the pace both with his fingers and his tongue. Her body tensed a mere second before her inner muscles clamped down on his fingers, but he didn’t stop. He continued to fuck her with his fingers while he sucked her clit into his mouth.
“Yes….yes…right there… oh fuck.”
Liam continued to work her until Finley’s body slumped against the door. He looked up at her, not at all surprised to see her looking down at him, her heavy-lidded eyes filled with lust. Without another thought, he threw her naked body over his shoulder, then stood so he could make his way to the bed. He needed inside of her so fucking bad his cock ached. As soon as he deposited her on the bed, he stripped the rest of the way out of his clothes, then grabbed a condom out of the wallet in his jacket pocket. Before standing back up, he checked the date on the package to make sure it hadn’t been sitting in there too long and was damn thankful when he discovered it hadn’t.
Ripping the package open, he quickly rolled the latex down his rock-hard shaft. Liam hoped this wouldn’t end too quickly, but he had no idea how things would go when he finally sunk into her. It’d been awhile and Finley made him hotter than he’d ever remembered being before. But really it didn’t matter. He didn’t plan on leaving her room until the morning, so they had all night to explore each other. He had all night to make it last.
“Hurry up Liam. I need you inside me before I lose my mind.”
Not wanting to wait any longer, he lowered himself onto the bed between her legs. He ran a finger along her folds again, letting it dip inside her just to hear her whimper. With a smile on his face, he moved over her body, dipping his head so he could give her a quick kiss before guiding his cock into her body. He moaned at the sheer perfection of her as he slid all the way home. She was so tight and hot around him, he felt like he might explode.
“Don’t stop there. I need you to move Liam. Please,” Finley pleaded as she moved her hips.
“I don’t know if I can make this last. You feel so fucking good around me.”
“We have all night, it doesn’t have to last. I just need you to do something. We can work on the lasting thing later,” she said her breathing ragged, her voice husky with desire.
Liam smiled again as he started to move slowly, in and out. Each time he bottomed out inside of her, he ground his pelvis against hers knowing that the friction against her clit would drive her wild. Grabbing her legs, he put them over his shoulders so he could get even deeper. He picked up the pace, harder, faster, her hips meeting his every thrust and grind. She was perfection. There was no way he’d ever get enough of this.
“You’re so fucking wet. Jeezus. You feel so fucking good on my cock.”
“Right there. Don’t stop. Oh fuck…”
Sweat broke out on his forehead as he lowered himself down so he could kiss her again. The cool steel of her nipple piercings felt amazing against his feverish skin where their chests barely brushed against each other. She moaned into his mouth as he continued his frenzied pace. Reaching one arm between them, he circled her swollen clit with his thumb. She was so close to another orgasm, he pushed back up onto one arm so he could watch her face as she came. Finley’s eyes were closed, her back arched, then he felt the amazing feeling of her walls clenching around him. Her orgasm tore through her, rippling around him as she screamed his name.
Liam fought off his own orgasm, but only for a few more ragged thrusts. Then he couldn’t hold it off any longer, his body tensing as he let go. He continued to rock in and out of her until the spasms were over and he felt depleted of every ounce of come his body contained. Liam couldn’t remember the last time he’d had such a mind-blowing orgasm; his body still buzzing with the sensation. He didn’t want it to stop.
“Holy fuck…” she sighed. “That was fucking amazing.”
“Yeah it was,” he said as slowly pulled out of her, then moved so he was on her side. She rolled onto her side so she could face him while he pulled off the condom, tying it off and then wrapped it up in a tissue from the box next to the bed.
“So when can we start on round two?” Finley asked as she wrapped her hand around his dick. It jumped in her hand, eager for her touch.
“It doesn’t look like we’ll have to wait long. What do you have in mind?”
She smiled before pushing him onto his back. “Oh honey, I have a lot in mind for this night. We’
re just barely getting started.”
He watched as she straddled him, a wicked smile still on her face. It was shaping up to be the best night of his life and he couldn’t wait to see what she had in store for him next. This time he’d let her take the lead like she’d obviously wanted to earlier. There’d be plenty of time later for him to get lost in his exploration of her body and he couldn’t wait.
Chapter 4
Finley
“So did you at least try to have a good time?” Savannah asked from her perch at the bar.
Her best friend hadn’t wasted any time trying to get the details about Finley’s weekend away. Finley wasn’t really surprised though, she would have done the same thing had their situations been reversed, but she didn’t really know what to say. The weekend had been better than she expected. Her night with Liam had been pretty mind blowing, but it was just a one-night stand. She’d never see him again, never feel his hands on her body again, and part of her regretted that, but she’d never admit it out loud.
She had no idea why this one was different. Liam wasn’t her first one-night stand and he probably wouldn’t be her last, but she’d never been as affected by a man as she was by him. She couldn’t stop thinking about him the entire flight home. Even when she tried to use the club to keep her busy, he crept into her thoughts. More than once she wondered what he was doing, whether he was thinking about her. She screwed up drinks when she was working behind the bar and she was constantly making her employees ask her the same questions over and over again because she wasn’t paying attention the first time. One night with Liam had screwed with her head and it was pissing her off.
Even now, although she’d been home for over a week, she was still thinking about him. It didn’t help that he was the first thing that came to mind when someone asked about her trip. Not how beautiful the wedding was or how great it was to see Elijah and his parents.
Liam. Her thoughts were always, all about Liam.
She dreamed about the night they shared. Had full on flashbacks of the hottest moments while she was supposed to be making sure they had enough clean glasses to start the night. The feel of Liam’s tongue running over her skin, her clit, her nipples was burned into her brain. She could nearly feel it at any given moment. His fingers, his cock, his body pressed against hers.
But Liam wasn’t something she could share with anyone; especially not Savannah. Admitting that she met someone she couldn’t stop thinking about would give her friend a false sense of hope that Finley was finally ready for a relationship. Her thoughts about Liam rarely had anything to do with a relationship and everything to do with the panty soaking fantasies he’d given her in just a single night. But she couldn’t deny the fact that the man had given her other things to think about as well. She just wouldn’t admit it out loud…or to anyone other than herself.
“I had a good time. It was great to see Elijah and Amy made a beautiful bride. It was obvious how much they love each other. Seeing everyone else was weird though. I love his parents, they were there for me when my mom never was, but being around them always brings back so many memories. I don’t like the way I feel when I’m around them,” Finley admitted as she arranged the liquor bottles on the wall behind the bar. “Not to mention the other constant reminders of my past in attendance. It was like the who’s who of my ex-boyfriends and ex-friends, plus a bunch of industry people that knew my mom. It was weird all the way around.”
“But you’re glad you went right?”
That was a good question; one Finley actually had to think about. She didn’t regret being there for Elijah even if being around his family and all of their high school friends had been awkward. She didn’t even mind that she had to deal with being in L.A. and all the memories it brought back for her. Or having to deal with the questions from people who wondered where she’d been for the last decade. Then of course there was the highlight of her trip. She didn’t regret spending hours talking to Liam or spending the night with him. Even though he know haunted her every thought.
“Yeah, I guess I’m glad I went. I would have regretted not going more than anything else, so thank you for talking me into it.”
“It’s always my pleasure to tell you when you’re wrong,” Savannah said with a laugh. “Now tell me, did you meet anyone interesting while you were there? I saw some of the people who were rumored to be on the guest list and I was kicking myself for not going with you. Half of my laminated list was supposed to be there, Orlando, Tom, all of the Chris’. Please tell me you talked to at least one of them.”
Finley laughed, but didn’t turn to face her friend. She didn’t want Savannah to see the grin on her face, which she knew would give everything away. There had been a lot of A-listers at the reception, but none that Finley had wanted to stick around and talk to. She didn’t get star struck the way most people did. Growing up in that world, having a best friend that was still a part of it, took a lot of the glitz and glamour away and replaced it with the gritty reality of the industry.
Most of the people in Hollywood were assholes and those that weren’t, still couldn’t be trusted not to put themselves first and step all over anyone who got in their way. Growing up, Finley had seen it firsthand. Her mother got walked on left and right by men who said they loved her, but were only using her to get ahead. Then Miranda tried to walk all over her, so she could make herself look better and snag another leading man. It was a never ending vicious cycle until Finley removed herself from the situation.
“You know I try to avoid that nonsense. In fact, I didn’t go to the reception at all. If it makes you feel any better, Orlando was a member of the wedding party, so I talked to him for a few minutes at the rehearsal dinner.”
“Damn it Finley. You know I have to live vicariously through you. Is he as hot in person as he is on the big screen? What about the accent? Did you get weak in the knees like I do when I hear him talk?”
Laughing, Finley started to answer, but was interrupted by the ringing of a bell that echoed through the empty former firehouse she had converted into Heat. The bell was connected to the backdoor where she accepted deliveries throughout the day. Although she wasn’t expecting anything, Finley wasn’t surprised she’d forgotten about a delivery considering her brain hadn’t been all that focused since she’d been back.
“I’ll be right back,” Finley said, hoping that by the time she returned, Savannah would’ve forgotten about their topic of conversation and moved on to something that Finley wanted to talk about. Or at least something she was willing to listen to Savannah talk about. They hadn’t gotten into how the move into Savannah and Gabriel’s new house had gone or how wedding planning was going. Those topics were far easier for Finley then the ones that brought up memories best left forgotten.
Not wanting to make the delivery driver mad, she hurried down the back hallway, past her office to the backdoor. Twisting the lock, she pushed the door open expecting to find a large truck and a driver with a clipboard; instead she came face to face with a huge bouquet of flowers.
“Finley Blake?”
“That’s me.”
“Sign here,” the driver said as he struggled to hand her the clipboard he had under his arm.
Finley grabbed it, quickly signing her name next to the X. She shoved it back under his arm then grabbed the vase from his hands. She’d never received flowers from someone, not even when she had a steady boyfriend in high school. She wasn’t really the flowers type, not that she didn’t like them they just weren’t really her thing. But someone obviously didn’t realize that. Someone thought she was the type of girl that deserved getting flowers; the type of girl who would love to receive them. She had no idea who would think such a thing. Not even Elijah’s parents were that delusional. At least they hadn’t been. Maybe something had changed in the last few years or maybe they thought she had.
She carried the heavy vase back to the bar even though she knew Savannah would immediately start asking questions. Her office was too small a
nd enclosed for the fragrant bouquet. Plus, she wasn’t even sure she was going to keep the flowers. What would she do with them anyway? Sending them home with Savannah sounded like a great option, although she was pretty sure her friend would make her keep them.
“What the hell is that? Wait…did someone get you flowers?”
Without answering, Finley set the vase down on the bar next to Savannah and stepped back so she could breathe. The vase was nearly overflowing with lilies and daisies in a variety of colors. Sprinkled among the bigger flowers were smaller cherry blossoms and carnations. Her nose twitched from the cloying scent invading her nostrils. Maybe she was allergic to something in the arrangement, so she would be forced to pass them along to someone else. She couldn’t very well keep something that made her sneeze, could she?
“Wow. Those are beautiful Fin. And whoever got them for you definitely knows what your favorite flowers are. They must be from Elijah or his parents, right?”
Somehow Finley had forgotten she still didn’t know who the flowers were from. But she figured Savannah was right. It had to be someone who knew her well since the flowers in the bouquet weren’t ones you’d typically see together. Most florists didn’t put cherry blossoms in their bouquets either. That was definitely something unique to her likes, which was weird.
“I haven’t looked at the card.”
Instead of reaching for the card, Finley continued to stare at the flowers. She wasn’t sure why they seemed to leave her dumbfounded, but they did. If she just read who they were from, it would probably answer a lot of questions, ease some of the weirdness. But it could also make things worse. She was fairly certain that the flowers hadn’t come from Elijah or his parents, but if not them who else would it have been? She could think of one person, but had no idea why he’d send her flowers or how he would have found her.
